✾ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING ✾ To ensure availability for all clients and allow adequate scheduling adjustments, a minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for any cancellations or rescheduling needs. Deposit is non refundable but can be applied toward a reschedule if given 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service amount, and deposit will be forfeited. ✾ NO SHOW POLICY ✾ Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, and missed appointments prevent the opportunity to accommodate other guests. Clients with a no show appointment may be required to prepay future services before booking. ✾ LATE POLICY ✾ Please plan to arrive on time to fully enjoy your scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment adjusted or rescheduled in order to respect the appointments scheduled after yours. The full service amount will still apply for late arrivals that result in shortened appointment times. ✾ GUEST POLICY ✾ To maintain a calm, relaxing, and personalized experience for every client, only the scheduled guest is permitted in the treatment area during appointments.
